These wonderful Chamomile flowers are farmed organically and have a honeyed, herby and apple-like taste and aroma. 

Chamomile makes a calming tea that can promote good sleep, soothe digestion, reduce inflammation and boost the immune system. It also makes a fantastic hair rinse. 

Instructions: Add 1 rounded teaspoon per person to an herbal infuser or teapot, pour over freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Relax and enjoy.
